Executive Tea Connect ME successfully launched its 2026 programme, aiming to increase awareness and interest among women in Bahrain, with a refined gathering on January 21 at the Art Hotel, Amwaj, focused on lifestyle choices, professional confidence and strategic negotiation.
An international women’s community launched in Dubai, Executive Tea Connect ME focuses on social connection and well-being and is a platform for women to connect, learn and support each other in a professional and personal capacity.
The January edition in Bahrain marked the first ‘infusion’ of the year, blending meaningful conversation over tea with practical knowledge and expert-led sessions, creating a welcoming space for women to feel connected and supported in their growth, reinforcing the morning’s atmosphere of growth and community.
A central highlight of the programme was the workshop: Feeling Home, led by Anastasia A., Managing Director of RMR Real Estate. Drawing from her personal journey as an entrepreneur who relocated to Bahrain in 2008 and founded her company in 2019, Anastasia shared insights on how residency can become a reality through intentional lifestyle and housing choices.
Her session explored key considerations when renting or purchasing property in Bahrain, including lease agreement details, working with realtors and landlords and what to prioritise when selecting a home, such as location, amenities, condition, lighting, privacy, noise levels, views and long-term flexibility, aiming to empower women to make informed decisions.
The experience concluded with a guided visualisation exercise that invited participants to imagine and define their ideal living space, reinforcing the emotional and practical dimensions of ‘feeling at home’.
